Your content, your responsibility

When you upload statistics to WaxPack, you confirm that:

• ·You have the right to use and publish the statistics you are uploading, including any data exported from GameChanger or similar platforms.
• ·You have authorization from your league, team, or organization to share the names and statistical records of the athletes listed in your upload.
• ·Your use of third-party data exports complies with the terms of service of the platform you exported from. WaxPack is not affiliated with GameChanger and is not responsible for how you obtain or use data from that platform.

WaxPack is not liable for any improper, unauthorized, or unlawful use of statistics or athlete information uploaded by its users.

What we do with your data

We store and publicly display the statistics you upload. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data or your league's data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WaxPack after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
